As a young mom and recent breast cancer survivor, I understand the myriad of pelvic health side effects that can come from pregnancy, labor and delivery, and cancer treatment. I have been a women’s health PT since 2019, pursuing continuing education courses through the American Physical Therapy Association - Pelvic Health Academy. Wonderfully Made Women’s Health Physical Therapy & Wellness was established in 2024 to offer exceptional women’s health physical therapy in Columbus, Georgia without the constraints of insurance or the four-walls of a clinic. Psalm 139:14 says that the whole body is fearfully and wonderfully made – from head to toe, including the pelvis and breast, areas we think we can’t talk about (don’t look, touch, talk, think about) - especially here in the South. My heart is to educate women about God’s AWESOME creation, anatomy, and function. Then, we can explore what has gotten off track - creating problems like pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, and bowel dysfunction. My goal is to provide a safe space for patients to experience hope and healing and to be empowered to keep improving on their own.
